Wesley Chapel Missions
The food pantry at M.U.S.T. is in IMMEDIATE need of the following: cereals, jelly, canned meats, canned tuna, peanut butter, canned chicken, macaroni and cheese, rice, dry pasta (all kinds), boxed dinners, spaghetti sauce, dry peas and beans. Bring your donations and place them in the bins past the Breezeway.
The United Methodist Men prepare sandwiches on the 2nd Sunday of each month beginning at 8 a.m. in the gym kitchen. These sandwiches are taken to New Hope Missions in downtown Marietta and then added to a sack lunch.
On the third Sunday of the month, meet in the church parking lot at 6:15 a.m. and carpool to New Hope Missions and help prepare breakfast for the homeless and working poor. This group is usually back at Wesley Chapel in time for the 8:45 a.m. service.
The homeless will always be with us, and we are called to serve them.
